Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Location:  Work from home opportunity


  1. Take inbound calls. Answer incoming calls from customers who need assistance placing orders who are seeking information or who have service-related inquiries.
  2. Utilize appropriate sales techniques to build good customer relationships and enhance the buying experience for the customer.
  3. Researches customer problems/issues to increase personal knowledge and familiarity with the supported product and to provide the highest level of support possible.
  4. Provide an appropriate understanding of the client’s issues when the problem needs to be escalated to a higher level.
  5. Follow-up on issues for customers until a resolution is reached.
  6. Communicate policies and procedures to the customer in a positive manner.


  1. Excellent verbal communication skills and good listening skills.
  2. Able to type a minimum of 35 words typing per minute.
  3. Dependable attendance work history.
  4. Positive attitude.
  5. Ability to work independently and multi-task.
  6. Able to clear a background check.

B2B Sales and Marketing Consultant

We’re looking for a results-driven B2B sales and marketing consultant to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every client in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. You will be paid a rate plus commission.


Present, promote, and sell our services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
Research and reach out to prospect leads through cold calling and social media.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports

Proven work experience as a B2B sales and marketing representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with  CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
BS/BA degree or equivalent
